This involves assessing your business operations financials, understanding your strategy and priorities, and aligning this to the solution criteria. This enables us to determine the scope of the project and focus on the minimal viable product (MVP) for deployment phases.

Next, we create the Go to Market Strategy ensuring a contestable market engagement e.g., RFx or non-competitive sole source partner engagement to:

  • Identify and shortlist several aligned ERP vendor solutions
  • Conduct a vendor market profile scan inclusive of existing features, new features; innovative features, client history, financial history / stability, system, and technical capabilities
  • Assess high level costs and viability of the vendors being able to provide a suitable solution
  • Down select to a maximum of 3-5 suitable vendors
  • Produce a summary report recommending shortlist vendors, procurement approach, value for money, agility, and delivery
  • Complete a high-level business case design

We will provide our expertise to guide you to make an informed decision regarding the final solution and most suitable solution partner.

We will then investigate and verify the solution mainly through thorough demonstration. This way, you get a very informed glimpse of the software features and functions and how they align to the established business requirements.

Once you have decided to take further steps, we will complete backgrounds references, complete financial due diligence, and provide guidance to help you understand and agree suitable contract agreements, statement of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and License models.

This stage involves undertaking Solution Confirmation Workshops to validate, confirm and ensure alignment and adaptation with respect to your adoption of leading practice processes to the solution. Any exceptions or “fit gaps” identified to the leading practices will also be confirmed. To support the Confirmation Workshops a base setup and configuration of the selected solution is implemented.

A document outlining the Solution Overview, Design and Data migration sources will be created, including the identification, and agreed handling of any exceptions or customisations. This document supports you to validate and “right size” implementation design.
